2H (with 6 hearts and 2 singletons I have 11 points if we end up in hearts). I still have the opportunity to move to 3 c if partner is unhappy with hearts, while putting pressure on opponents to raise. If partner has a strong club suit we may end up in 5 C.

I would bid 2 Hearts. There is likely a fit in hearts and with the two singletons the point count is about 11.
