Law of total tricks says bid 4S -but given the balanced nature of the hand, maybe 3S-inviting game

2S showing support in spades and a weak hand.

I'd play it safe with 3S, see what partner does.

4S. The hearts are well placed and not interested in slam.

I'd vote for 4S with 10+ in spades and not vulnerable

With 5 card support, 8 total points and heart honours well placed, game is a good possibility. So 4 spades is the bid - a little weak for a 3 heart cue raise.
