And assuming a 1C bid is forthcoming, what do you bid in fourth seat with:

Certainly I would open 1C on the first hand.
In next seat with the second hand I would bid 2C if the 1C opening was alerted as a short club and my partnership understanding was that in such a case a 2C bid was genuine clubs. Otherwise I would pass and hope for a chance to show my values later, possibly by bidding NT over partner's reopening double.
